Application Guide:

1. Surface Prep:Make sure your surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. A well-prepped surface means a better finish.
2. Mixing Instructions::Pour 12.5 litres of clean water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25 kg bag of Osman 120. Mix using a mechanical mixer until you get a lump-free, creamy consistency.
3. Application:Apply the plaster using a stainless-steel trowel. For best results, work in thin coats between 2 mm and 5 mm. You can build up layers if a thicker application is needed.
4. Finishing:Once the plaster starts to set (it will feel firm to the touch), trowel it to achieve a smooth finish. For an ultra-smooth surface, lightly mist the area with water during the final troweling.
5. Drying Time:Allow at least 24 hours for the plaster to dry before painting or decorating. Drying times may vary based on temperature and humidity.
